Founded in Liberia
CESTOS Investments Liberia Incorporated was established with a vision to transform mineral exploration drilling in Liberia.
First Major Exploration Contract
Secured our first large-scale diamond core drilling contract with an international mining company operating in Liberia's gold belt.
Fleet Expansion
Expanded our rig fleet to 6 drilling rigs, enhancing our capabilities to better serve the growing demand for mineral exploration in Liberia.

CEO / Owner
Phillip Cloete
Phillip has over 25 years of experience in mining and mineral exploration. He previously served as Country Manager for Boart Longyear in Liberia and worked with the company in South Africa, Zambia, the DRC, Ghana and Sierra Leone. He has successfully managed major drilling projects for both major and junior mining companies, including BHP Billiton, Vedanta, Aureus Mining and Sarama Resources.
Operations Manager
Eric Essuman
Mr. Essuman has over 16 years of experience in the drilling industry. He holds a Diploma in General Drilling from the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa, Ghana. His experience includes roles with Boart Longyear in Ghana and the DRC, Reflex Drilling Ghana and various drilling operations across Africa. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of CESTOS Drilling.
Country Manager
Mark Tom Sulonteh Sr
Mr. Sulonteh holds a BSc in Public Administration and has extensive experience across the public and private sectors. His career includes roles with the Government of Liberia / Ministry of Defense, Hi-Tech Gallery and Dimensions Inc., West Bank Realty and Construction Company, Krystal Oceanview Hotel and Horizon Construction Company (AML). He also holds several local and international accreditations.
